What is the Betterplace API?
It's the way to query Betterplace data and valuations from your CRM, your website or your internal system, without logging in to the platform. There are five services: Property, Valuations, Listings, Areas and Market Studies.
Does the API have screens or generate reports?
No. The API has no screens and doesn't generate reports: it delivers the data to your CRM or system, to be used however your developers set it up. Branded reports are created in Betterplace.
How do I subscribe?
APIs are added to your account as add-ons, service by service. Write to us and we'll explain how to activate access for your company.
Is there a request limit?
Each subscribed API has its own monthly request limit, which resets on the 1st. In My account › API you can see this month's requests and how many you have left.
What is an access token?
It's the key that connects each tool to Betterplace: create one per tool. Keep it like a password; if you revoke it, it stops working immediately.
Do I need the API to send listings to my CRM?
No. If you work with Inmovilla, IAGestión or Vesta, you can send any listing to your CRM in one click from Betterplace, without coding.
Does the free trial include the API?
The free trial covers the Betterplace platform. API access is activated separately, as an add-on: write to us and we'll look into it with you.
