What types of alert can I create?
Alerts for new listings and alerts for price changes, or both at once. You can limit them to private sellers or professionals, or receive both, and filter by property type, sale or rent, price and size.
How often will I get notifications?
You choose the frequency of each alert: immediate notifications, 1 daily notification, 3 daily notifications or 1 weekly notification.
Can I get my alerts on Telegram?
Yes. Link the Betterplace bot from My account and tick Telegram in your alerts. It’s designed for the immediate notifications frequency; all other notifications reach you by email.
How do I choose the area for an alert?
By drawing it on the map, choosing a province or a municipality, or using one of your saved areas.
Can I pause an alert without deleting it?
Yes. Each alert has its own switch to activate or pause it, and you can edit it whenever you like.
What if I want to follow a specific listing?
Save it to Favourites. We’ll email you when its price changes, when it’s removed or when a similar listing is published.
What does the free trial include?
