What is a listing’s history?

It’s the timeline of each listing: when it went on or came off the portals, and every price increase or drop. You can download it from the listing page.

How do I know if another agency is advertising one of my properties?

On the listing page, “Advertised by others” shows every listing for the same property and who published it. And if you save it to favourites, we email you when a similar listing is published.

What alerts do I get for my favourites?

We email you when a favourite listing changes price, is taken down or a similar listing is published. You can turn alerts on or off whenever you like.

What if I see two listings for the same property that aren’t grouped?

Mark it as a duplicate from the listing itself. That lets us know so we can review it.

Can I see listings that are no longer published?

Yes. In the search, choose “Withdrawn from sale” or “Withdrawn from rental” as the listing type.

Does it show market share or other agencies’ sales?

No. Betterplace shows you what is advertised, who is advertising it and at what price, and lets you filter by agency. It doesn’t calculate market share or other agencies’ sales.

What does the free trial include?
